New Style Motor Mount Assembly Instructions
Assembly and setup guide for Beaver's new style motor mount system. Includes a complete exploded diagram with clearly labeled components: motor mounting bracket assembly, splitter bracket rod, motor rod, lever assembly, thumb screw, set screw, motor, motor pulley, washers, hex nuts, and carriage bolt. Eight numbered steps cover pulley installation, bracket assembly and positioning, rod installation, motor adjustment, and critical horizontal travel calibration to achieve the required 3.5 inch travel range.
Documentation must be downloaded on a computer (PC, Mac, or Linux).
