Operating instructions and parts list for Clausing 15-inch drill presses, Step Pulley Drive models 1620 through 1785 (Series 165C, 165T). Covers motor mounting for 1/2 or 3/4 HP 1725 ball bearing motors, leveling procedures, raising head and table to operating position, spindle adjustments, lubrication points (quill, column, feed shaft), changing spindle speeds, removing chuck, adjusting spindle return spring, depth stop, end play, and quill take-up. Includes motor wiring diagrams for 110V, 220V single-phase and 3-phase motors. Valid from serial number 116200 onwards. July 1968.
