Toyota Land Cruiser / Land Cruiser Prado — Electrical Wiring Diagram Supplement 1KD-FTV and 3RZ-FE 2000

Toyota Service Bulletin BE-0025 (July 2000) is a comprehensive electrical wiring diagram supplement for the Toyota Land Cruiser and Land Cruiser Prado (models RZJ95, KDJ90, KDJ95). This 45-page service manual updates and extends the official Toyota publications EWD269F, EWD340F, and EWD376F with critical additions to existing wiring documentation, applicable to both LHD and RHD configurations from August 2000 onward.

The supplement covers full electrical wiring diagrams for two powertrains: the 3RZ-FE petrol engine with transponder key immobiliser control, and the 1KD-FTV 4-cylinder common-rail diesel engine (D-4D) with complete Electronic Driver Unit architecture.
