Owner's manual for the Accu-Systems Model 303 Dowel Inserter. Contains setup and operation instructions including machine unbolting, rubber feet attachment, dowel supply hose connection, air pressure regulator setup, power cord connection, speed control adjustment, and pressure pot assembly removal. Table of Contents: - Set up and operation instructions for the model 303 inserter - After removal of the outer crate, remove the plastic wrap covering on the machine - The machine is bolted to the skid through the back side of the machine, remove the bolts and the hold down bar and discard - After the machine is unbolted, attach the two rubber feet supplied, to the same holes and securely tighten them down - Now remove the machine from the skid and put in into place - Remove the three dowel supply hoses from the back of the machine - Place them first through the black guide bracket on the back of the machine, then into the bowl bracket - Place the other ends into the receptacle ends of the insertion units - Attach the proper fitting and an air line to the regulator/filter unit - Attach a 110 power cord to the supplied plug - Place the dowels into the hopper and turn the machine on, adjust the speed control to a desired setting - Take the pressure pot assembly out of the back of the machine and remove the lid
