- After removal of the outer crate, remove the plastic wrap covering on the machine
- The machine is bolted to the skid through the back side of the machine, remove the bolts and the hold down bar and discard
- After the machine is unbolted, attach the two rubber feet supplied, to the same holes and securely tighten them down
- Now remove the machine from the skid and put in into place
- Remove the three dowel supply hoses from the back of the machine
- Place them first through the black guide bracket on the back of the machine, then into the bowl bracket
- Place the other ends into the receptacle ends of the insertion units
- Attach the proper fitting and an air line to the regulator/filter unit
- Attach a 110 power cord to the supplied plug
- Place the dowels into the hopper and turn the machine on, adjust the speed control to a desired setting
- Take the pressure pot assembly out of the back of the machine and remove the lid
